Progesterone helps to maintain hormonal balance and provides relief from menstrual disorders and infertility issues. Along with the treatment, your doctor might recommend you to, eat healthy diet rich in fruits, greens and vegetables. Try to exercise regularly and reduce your stress levels. If you are over-weight or obese, reduce your extra weight, which might help you see the results faster.

This medicine will be administered to you only by a doctor or a nurse into the muscle (intramuscularly). Your doctor will decide the correct dose and duration for you depending upon your condition. HOW NATUROGEST 200MG WORKS

Progesterone binds to and activates the progesterone receptor (PR) present in the stromal cells during the secretory phase of menstrual cycle and during pregnancy. Nausea or vomiting:

Try taking this medicine with, or just after meals. Stick to simple meals. Do not eat rich or spicy food.

Insomnia:

Try to rest and relax. Take a deep breath. Listen to calm music and rest your mind. Doing meditation might also help.

Skin reactions:

Avoid hot showers because hot water can irritate the scalp. Do not rub or scratch the affected area. Use sunscreen and protective clothing when outdoors. Regularly use moisturizers to soothe and hydrate the affected area. If it does not get better, speak to a doctor.
